Reservation Policies: Cancellations Policy: I understand that plans change! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance so that I may open the time for another client. Appointments canceled or rescheduled less then 48 hours prior to the appointment time are subject to a cancellation fee (50%) Clients who have multiple cancellations will result in placing a 50% deposit in order to reserve an appointment. The deposit is non refundable. The deposit will go towards that appointment only, does not apply to future appointments. Refunds: Unfortunately I do not do refunds because for time and/or products that have been used.
